Fairfield Inn & Suites Kennett Square

We selected this hotel because it's so close to Longwood Gardens! I would recommend the king bed suite which offered a bedroom as well as living room with a sofa bed, desk- it gave us more space and we had friends stop by and it was nice to be able to sit down and visit without sitting on a bed. Both bedroom and living room had huge flatscreen tvs with great reception. Every employee was helpful throughout our stay. we stayed in December and the hotel and breakfast area were beautifully decorated for the holidays.

The breakfast changed every day while we stayed so that was nice. The breakfast was a full meal with eggs and meat so that was appreciated. The Waffle Station was also a nice feature.

The breakfast was in a good place except it was a little tight to get around, I would have liked to have eggs which just didn't have I didn't like the spicy potatoes but everything else of the breakfast was good!

The closeness to longwood garden. The coffee & tea bar in the lobby being available 24 hours. The exterior lighting on the property.

Breakfast was busy so had to wait for table. Wanted waffles but no batter and very little food left. Took a while to get something hot but it the egg & sausage sandwich was t that hot. Coffee was good but waffle batter never came. I think it was because there was only one person working and cleaning.
